The 70th birthday of Alexander, Crown Prince of Yugoslavia was celebrated with a three day celebration in Belgrade, Serbia, starting on July 17 2015, the birthday of Alexander, Crown Prince of Yugoslavia and ending of July 19. == Description of the celebration ==
Upon arrival in Belgrade on Friday, 17 July, the members of the royal families and other distinguished guests from abroad were welcomed with a rich programme, prepared and organized by the Serbian Royal Family. On Friday, the first day of the Crown Prince’s birthday celebration, a welcome reception was organized at the Beli Dvor. Crown Prince Alexander greeted all guests, and then thanked them for coming to his birthday. Saturday on July 18, began with a cruise and buffet lunch on the Sava and Danube rivers. Guests then came in the evening to the Royal Palace for the gala dinner. On Sunday a brunch was organized at the Royal Palace. Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine then bid farewell to the guests and thanked them for coming to Serbia.
